WJ also uses much longer tie rod ends. Only way to know for sure is measure it.

you can reuse the xj linkage, it will bolt right back on the two lower arms then adjust toe & center steering wheel. i did that until i could do the whole 1 ton high steer.

Yeap, the stock steering will bolt to the WJ knuckles, you just won't have hi steer. You can't use the WJ tie rod, it's 5 inches too long & the tube is hollow. I suppose you could cut it down & put a sleeve over it. But never heard of anyone doing that.

Its not expensive if you get on Amazon. I have a BLOG Post on the Parts I got for my 2000XJ. Go HERE . I was going to do a better write up with pics but the job is so simple you can figure it out once you get the parts in.

thanks guys for the feed back. i did check on amazon and the price on the tube is pretty reasonable. i might as well do it right first time and spend the extra dollars😥. i have one ton steering on my jeep right now so stock linkage wont work. found this video on youtube guess this answer my question now.
