Wiring new lights.. won't turn on.
Afternoon Everybody!
I recently got a STEAL of a deal on a wrap around brush guard & carr roof rack on craigslist and I finally got around to putting them on.
Note: Installing tow hook brackets was a PITA.
Everything is great and I was planning on only wiring the driving lights for now.. but they won't turn on.
Below is specifics on what I did, what I used, and some pics included. Any ideas?
Lights grounded to brush guard (came installed like that)
Lights connected with a 12 gauge copper wire (I used a hard piece copper wire hook up, this should work in theory right? vs typically I see stranded)
A wire tap into the 12 gauge using 12 gauge and going to the relay.
12 gauge to 20 amp fuse then 12 gauge to relay (yes I have it just sitting on the screw to test it in the photo)
12 gauge ground from relay to bolt on frame
22 gauge from relay to prong on LED switch
22 gauge from cig lighter to prong on LED switch
22 gauge from seat bolt to prong on LED switch.
The LED switch does turn on/off when I flip the switch and have the wires in what I presume is the correct order (When I reverse the power & acc one the LED stays on regardless of switch position)
(Note: the 22 gauge is stranded hook up wire)
So what am I doing wrong? LED light works, but nothing from the headlights. Is it possible both lamps are bad? Or did I make a mistake in my diagram. From everything I read on the forums it seems correct.
Please advise! Thanks!

Yeah, I was thinking about that when I saw the way the pic looks on the PC with the flash
Just a good cleaning for a better connection? I figured with it on the bolt itself it would be enough to test out my setup.
