Winch issue

My winch (Warn XD9000) stopped spooling in one direction. I hear a click but the drum does not turn. Other side/direction works fine. Would anyone know what the issue might be?

It's inside an ARB bull bumper, which is a pita to take off, though the control box is mounted on top and easy to reach...

So I take off the control box and send it to Warn for service?

That's what i was thinking. Could also just be a loose wire for the reverse circuit since it sounds like the solenoid might be working. Double check your connections inside the control box.
