Keeps it stiff, good for jumps and fast turns. A 45 angle unloads more and will create more body roll.

Yes, had to ditch the Skyjacker 'soft-ride' coils and leafs due to too much monkey motion. Installed BDS 7 leaf. Also made progressive bumpstops and use Prothane coil spring inserts.
Set up with 6" of up-travel, 4" down. Once I figure out how to lower it I can get the travel centered, 5" + 5".

So I've also been looking and general grabber makes the at2 in a size 235/70/16. Will that give me any issues?

If you want fun tires that won't break your bank, you're better off just getting a cheap, easy 1.5-2" lift. It's not very expensive, and you'll be in a good starting place.

You start out stock, but you'll just keep wanting bigger tires, bigger lifts lol.

And match whatever tire size you have on your stock, and with just some fender trimming, you can go up about 2 inches, but I wouldn't go more than that.

(I think 29s are the biggest you can go without any real work.)

It's really awesome involving the kids. My 11 yr old has been helping with ours too. We have built one flat track style xs 650 and a rat rod falcon wagon together. It makes me ever so thrilled that he us developing the "it's cooler to build than to buy new". Congrats, load more pics.
