Will putting on board out throttle mess with my air/fuel mix?
Hey guys i'm new to this site.. Will putting on board out throttle, mess with my air/fuel mix? its a stock one i sent out to be board out to 60mm. is my fuel economy gunna suffer big time becAUSE I just spent a few hundred on geting her from 13 to 18mpg (k&n air filter, TBS, Plugs, Wires, Rotor, distributor, fuel filter, pcv valves) new sway-bar linkage, "Nates" fount bumper, kc lights (front on toggle back ones tied into revirse lights). been working on it all summer while i had no school. now im back to the grind... full time work full time school 6 more months to go =) no pics yet no time but the little jeep shure does have ***** on the trails out here in Pa. 94 sport 4.0 164k

Engine: The venerable 4.0
Good mod.. will give you more power but will probably lean out your mixture. You could use an adjustable map and adjustable fuel pressure regulator (depends on yeaR of your jeep)

So in doing so i should expect much worse mpg? because i'm traveling 122 miles a day to school/ work... well "Go big or go home" Right?

What year is your jeep? You're mileage should improve a little cause the engine will breathe easier as long as you can keep off the throttle. You will be making your engine more efficient. All on your driving habits. For example I know when I add an intake.to something I tend to get on it more so even though in theory I should het better mileage I don't. As long as the a/f rating is proper you will get better mileage because you have more power and don't have to use as much throttle..... in theory.
