TJ coils give XJ's one inch less than advertised (ie 3" TJ coils would give an XJ 2") I THINK. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
So if ohio95xj is correct, they would give an XJ 2" of lift....
Why not just buy XJ specific coils though? Unless you have access to some free JK coils...

I'm pretty sure JK front coils are much shorter than XJ coils. Stock JK coils being about 2-2.5" shorter.

Stock XJ coils are ~16"
I bought some Ironrockoffroad TJ 4" lift coils off a guy, and they gave me 3" lift up front. They ride pretty nice but I put Bilsteins in too.
The IRO Tj coils were 19" or so, with thicker gauge wire & a tighter coil.
Here's what I took out on the left and what I installed on the right.
