Default Will this change my allignment?

3.5 inch RE lift kit, fixed LCA. Other than the lift components the suspension is stock. Had a manual alignment about a week ago, the steering wheel is now off center to the right. It's kinda bugging me as it's my dd. From what I understand I need to loosen the sleeve on my drag link and rotate it until the steering wheel is centered? Will that change my alignment? And if that is what you do what should I make sure I don't do?

No adjusting the drag link will not affect the alignment.

Out or in depending on which way you adjust the steering wheel. It's a small amount but it does change
