Will 96 4door sye and lifts fit 96 2door jeep Cherokee?

Will 96 4door sye and lifts fit 96 2door jeep Cherokee?

The motor on my 96 4 door sport blew up and I also discovered some bad rust on the frame which is not repairable. So I am currently looking for another cheap jeep and found a 2 door. Would everything fit on the 2 door? The control arms and sye and what not? Also would it fit in a jeep that is a different year? If you need more details let me know. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes it'll fit, anything 84-01 XJs.

Year: 96 & 88 4 dr Cherokees

It'll fit as long as they are the same t-case.... IE both are 231 cases

and for the lift, should work, but if 1 is a manual trans, and the other an auto, may have issues @ the cross member for some lift kits

Only things that won't swap between a 4 door and 2 door are the front doors the rear quarter glass and some small interior trim,The rest of the jeeps are the same thing.
