Like twenty minutes outside of Decatur and my jeep starts making this noise and the oil pressure drops when the noise is made. 1992 4.0 5 speed all new wires injectors cap and rotor just did oil change.

Sounds like the A/C compressor clutch to me, not sure though. What's the plastic water bottle down by the oil filter?

It's the temporary placement of that Dam vacuum thing for the ac

Won't stop doing this. Will drive normal for an hour it so then I hear a noise like alot of air is being released and my oil pressure drops and my engine stutters I guess for a lack of a better word. I think I smell oil I could just be paranoid. I pull over and it makes those noises more then everything is fine again for another hour. Wdf.

Sure doesn't sound good. If it was the A/C clutch, I couldn't see how that would be related to the oil pressure drop. But, for kicks, maybe pull the A/C relay and see what happens.
