So I just replaced my hood. Everything was all hooked up. Latch cable and all. Shut it and now it won't open. When I pull the latch it unhooks the pass side but the driver side ain't budge at all. The latch is tight as heck to pull and only pass side will release no matter what. Whats up? How am I going to get the hood open. I have pulled the latch as hard and far out as I can and it just won't unhook. What do I do?

 

Have you tried pushing down on the stuck side while someone is pulling the cable?

When mine does that I bop it a time or two with the bottom of my fist and it usually pops loose.

Maybe you have another problem?
