Why is it so difficult to choose the right Lift!
For the past month I have been doing all the research I can to choose the correct lift. I am in the market for a 3" kit. I have used the "search" button, Google, Jeep Forum and always come up with pros and cons for every kit. Is there a clear cut winner? I cant seem to find that answer.
I am looking for a 3" kit that includes shocks, LCA's, U-bolts, springs and leaf packs that will produce a great daily driver ride.
PLEASE HELP. I have been spraying down the stock hardware with PB blaster for the past two weeks and really just wanted to install a lift.

Sometimes the best lifts are pieced together. Since you have done your research, I suggest you come up with a budget and go from there .
Old Man Emu, and Rubicon Express are both make great springs, OldManEmu and Bilstein shocks are Top knotch. I personally like running Adjustable Upper and Lower control arms with Johnny Joints, I like Rubicon Express's ADJ Tracbars for a 3" lift.
I would avoid Rustys Offroad, and Rough Country at all cost I've ran their stuff in the past an they are great at producing garbage. But that is my opinion.

Save more money and get some Control arms from Savvy offroad, Rokmen, TNTcustoms or Clayton. Fabtech's arms are ok but Rustys are pure junk

Well I got rustys stuff and like it so far. I dont have the control arms which I read aren't really junk, but the bushings in them are. Now for the rear I got me a good ol bastard pack. Fits the budget and was pretty cheap.

Find a deal that suits you and build it how you see fit. If you buy new parts you'll probably find something cheaper days later...always happens. But find parts you feel comfortable with and go from there.
