i just bought a 97 cherokee.the man said its got a 5.5 rubicon lift on it and i was looking under it and noticed that the sway bar was against the coil springs hard and i was wondering why that was.thanks

On both sides or just one side? If just one side, push the swap bar towards the other side.

The sway bar links need lengthened most likely. I had the same problem after adding lift so I had to extend the links.

does it have after market swaybar end links or stocks...post a pic if u can

its hitting on both sides and the links got 2 pins in them that pull out would post pics but i dont no how yet.think the links are the quick disconnect ones.

Yeah I'm sure they Are the re quick discos. Your swaybar should angle back and up a decent amount. if it is straight back like horizontal it gets too close to the coil

There is some adjustment. If you don't have enough threads you can just cut and extend them if you have access to a welder
