Who is using 8.25 crush sleeve eliminator??
Im going to regear my Chrysler 8.25 and recently bought a "8.25 crush sleeve eliminator" kit off eBay; as that's the only one I could find while searching for one. The package has an Elite RSK CSF8/C8.25 sticker on it. The eliminator spacer ID measures approx. 1.248" while the original crush sleeve measures approx. 1.2". BIG DIFFERENCE if you ask me. It also has crappy shims that seem to have been cut off a tree and are not machined flush like a shim should be IMO. Has anyone done a crush sleeve eliminator on a Jeep 8.25 and if so what kit did you use?
I use them when I replace bearings. The ones I get are from Ratech I like if I need to change a seal no need to use a new crush sleeve. Ratech ships quick. Always great service.
I’ve also used on D30 and Aluminum D44.

Do you have a Ratech part number for a Chrysler 8.25?
No problem. I ordered and received the 4114 kit and it was about the same quality of the kit I ordered off eBay but at $15 less in price. I would recommend Ratech to anyone that looking for a "crush sleeve eliminator" kit. Thanks for the recommendation.
