Was curious how the quarter armour plates are holding up offroad and if anyone had a better pic of the plate itself. Is it solid or just an armor piece? Is it strong enough for a jack point?
Seen alot of talk in the crusader series threads but nothing about anyone installing it.

I want to see the bumper JCR makes for the quarter panel cut and fold. The part that bolts to the quarter panel is what im curious about. I want to see the panel unbolted where u can see what it looks like. All there pictures show it installed. If you had there bumper you would know what i was talking.

We had a XJ in the shop last week with full JCR front and rear bumpers plus rockers.......All I can say is these guys stepped it up big time, as jack point I would say no problem, but only a true test would tell.

IS it a solid piece or no? Hard to tell from theirs pics. Looks like it just wraps around the folded edge for protection but other shots looks like it hangs down some from the fold.

Has anyone installed one of these with shackle relocation brackets? Looks like the brace would clear from the above picture. Customer service had no idea if it would work since they never tested it for relocation brackets. I can make it work but an effortless install would be really nice

I have one that is currently un-installed. It is painted and sitting on the garage floor waiting to be installed. I also have the quarter panel armor for it. I can take some pictures if you want. It is the rear bumper with spare tire carrier if that makes a difference.

I will take some pics when I get home. All I have to say is that you will not regret anything you order from those guys. I ordered front and rear bumpers, spare tire carrier, all the brackets, steering box brace, quarter panel armor, sliders, etc... They are an excellent company, and are truly artists when it comes to metal working. I got all my stuff and realized they had forgotten a couple of items, they were at my house the next day.
I only live a few hours away from JCR, so I saved a ton on shipping, but even with shipping, their prices are very good especially considering the quality of the items they manufacture.

Nice looks good! Thought you had the cut and fold bumper but you have the regular rear and full size 1/4 plate. Thanks for the pics by the way.
Looks like ill be one of the first few to have this model bumper on the forum.
