Default Whining noise from rear axle-pinion bearing maybe?

For a while now my 8.25 has been making a whining noise that sounds like a failing pinion bearing. But it goes from very quiet to very loud when I turn right, which makes it seem like something else.
I thought it was the spider gears for a while, but it still does it since I welded the diff so that rules out that. Shaft bearing maybe? (turning right putting a load on one side)

I've not cared for a while but I figure since winter is coming and the XJ is my winter DD, maybe I should look into fixing it...lol

I have this same problem right now, mine is at about 45mph on the Jack stand and on the cruising side driving. Me and bud figured out that its the tail bearing the pinion but only one way to find out is pull it apart and see how bad everything actually is. Ill find out this next few days if I decide to fix it or junk it.
