They are a great alternative to buying new rims.

Make sure If you do buy the ebay ones that they are hub centric,or else they will not seat centered on the hub and will spin off center.

soft 8s are like 160 or so for 4. A good set of spacers will be the same or more.
Pretty easy choice if you ask me.

Not everyone wants heavy steel wheels and not everyone wants to ditch a nice set of alloy wheels when spacers will allow them to move their wheels outboard just enough.

I don't know about later models but my 89 isn't hub centric to begin with.

Yeah, although the price for rims goes way up with 16" tires which is what I have and prefer. Good point though.

I have had a set of ebay wheel spacers on for a year or so. No problems. Every now and then I will pull my wheel and check them and make sure they are still tight. Make sure you get machined ones not cast and that they are the same grade aluminum.

Oh yeah, my bad dude. I forgot u had 16s. and thanks.
In that case when spacers would cost less, I would get them too. Just do what everyone has said on here and you should have no issues.

I'm an Operating Engineer by trade, and believe me its all about inspection and maintenance.
