Default wheel spacers does this look right?

Doingthis as of right now and need opinions. Am I doing this correctly? They are 1.25" spacers came with acorn nuts. Here are some pics they aren't torqued yet. Am I doing this right

Says 75-85 ft lbs and can I engage it in 4x4 in order to get the disc brakes to stop turning while I torque em

Yes you can. Easier to just use an impact gun though.

Looks right unless my eyes are playing tricks on me. Looks like the nuts are on backwards. The chamfer is on the outside and should be inside. A drop of locktite and torque to 90 flb-ish.

So smoother side of the nut should be on the inside?

Flat side out, chamfer side in to the spacer.

LMAO yes i just noticed.



You see how the open side angles into the threads? that should be pointed to the hub, always. So those are most definitely wrong.

And putting.it in 4 didn't stop the brakes from turning how can I stop that

4wd and in gear/park should stop it from moving, it'll still have play but not much since you'll be fighting the compression of the motor.

the bottom part is supposed to go in first when you thread them in. it centers the spacer on the lugs.
