They're 1.25" thick, so your total track width will increase by 2.5".
If you want to have a wider stance than that, then a new set of wheels might be your best option. Obviously new (quality) wheels are going to cost more, but that's a decision that only you can make.
A word of caution about cheap wheels. There are plenty out there and some of them aren't worth what you'd get for 'em at the scrapyard. Low-dollar wheels tend to be difficult, if not impossible) to balance properly, bend, warp easily from brake heat or a minor hit on a rock.
