Wheel ID Help

Hi Guys looking for help identifying these rims...
The pic is from an old ebay post that doesn't give any info other than 17".
Google is a bust and I've scrolled through every online rim shop I can think of.

Anybody have a clue?

It almost looks like a hub cap over a craggier soft 8 17 inch wheel

The center cap logo looks like a american racing atx line but the rims ain't on their site.
