Default wheel adapter question

Hi all . I got some fairly new JKU tires and rims. I bought rough country 5x4.5 to 5x5 adapters. The rear wheel studs seem much shorter than the front. When I put the adapter on the rear, the provided lug nuts don't seem to get much of the threads on the stud, maybe half to 3/4 of the nut. Is this normal? or should I get some longer wheel studs. Thanks

I think I would get some longer studs. They are easy enough to change

The front studs are longer then the rear studs , so all you need is fount studs for the rear .

Thank you both. I'll put the new studs on.

Before and after pictures. Front wheel studs worked perfect for the rear. I also used blue loctite thread locker on the adapters.

Looks about right. I have some with the opposite problem, too long and I have to take the grinder to them
