What's everyone's opinions on this subject? I have 00 xj I'm going to build. I will start a build thread also. First things first, I had the original block with 163k on it machined and completely rebuilt except crank and rods, those were fine as was the block. New Clearwater head. New radiator and water pump. Next I ordered iro center and front frame stiffners. Those will be going on shortly. Next for me will be axles. I've narrowed it down to 2 options for the rear. Either build up the 8.25 or swap an 8.8 and build that up. For the front I'll use a 97-99 hp d30 and build that up. The reason being is I'll most likely never go over 35s they are plenty big for and xj dd. Then bumpers front and back. Next will be a rustys 6.5 long arm lift and all the necessary sye and drop kits, probably iron man components. Then most likely some skids and rocker protection. At this point I feel I'll have a very solid rig capable of some serious trails and rocks.

any opinions? Did I forget anything?
