Arrow What tire size can I fit ?

Hey guys, Here's the mod list on my 2001 Cherokee Classic. 4 inch lift, inch spacers and those 16x7 5 star oem rims that I love and do not want to get rid of. I still have the stock tires on and they are due for replacement and they also look very small on a lifted truck. My garage said that I could fit 33"s on my truck with no problem. Is this correct and would 33"s look bad@ss ? Also, would this tire size rub on anything ? Thanks guys

Guessing you mean 5" total and you can fit 33s with that and they will rub if your fenders are uncut. Stock wheels and 33s will mean rubbing on control arms and possibly leaves depending on how wide the tires are.

My 31s rubbed until I went to TJ rims. They have more (less? Can never figure out which way it is) backspacing plus being an inch wider. I have around the same size lift and no cutting. I could fit 33s height wise, but ddin't because I haven't reggeared.

Just break down and get some nice rims with good backspacing and pick up some 33s and trim those fenders

you could fit any size tire if you wanted to trim enough.

33 x 12.5's wouldn't look bad though

Some wheel spacers will probably be needed for 12.50's on 7 inch wide wheel. Mine rub on coils and leaf springs.
