Speaking of businesses breaking rules.

Vendors can advertise in the vendor section and no where else on the site. In teh Wanted section if a member is looking for something you are welcome to post up you offer said product. How ever do not spam the thread simply post up you offer said product and PM me for details.

Then don't buy that companies product. Your biggest voice is to NOT buy if you don't like a businesses practices. The almighty dollar is the one thing a business understands. If Frank is so upset by this, drop their product and find another companies product to sell.

I agree to some degree, but I don't see anything wrong with an industry policing itself. We don't live in a free market as much as some people would love to think we do. Plenty of regulation goin' round. Unions and subsidies and all that I definitely try to live by spending my money places I'd like to work & see prosper.

I would definitely drop their stuff if I was him and was met with resistance from the company when giving them complaints. Middle party vendors typically suffer the most from the price wars.

We havent lived in a free market since the government started picking winners and losers.

You're better off starting a speciality shop than a third party resale shop. Trying to compete with the big dogs on their level is just going to leave you pissed off and frustrated.

But what do I know? I failed econ 101 and all that comes out of my mouth is stupid **** according to some people who let their feelings dictate over logic.

Yeah the potential for retail shops to make anything resembling profits is pretty much gone. I'll agree with you there!

Yep. A small business e commerce website that can't compete with the big boys will eventually sink. Either adapt or go home.

This isnt new and it has been happening for decades. Small businesses will continue to be consumed by the big ones unless they change their methods.

There's a reason why there aren't any small businesses selling groceries near a WalMart or a Target or a Pick N Save. They simply can't compete and go belly up.

Plus you're a cheese head, probably like the Packers, and can't drive well. Other than that, you're ok.

Actually I'm all about small business and I work for one.

But you can't deny the fact that corporate giants have taken over the retail business and are consuming the little guys.

Is it bad? Probably. But saving money is a necessity these days. Save a dollar here and there and it adds up during a shopping trip. The more you buy the more you save which can turn a $300 adventure in to a $100 adventure.

Sounds about right. Makes it hard to see past the lower price when the company that is selling the cheaper product also put every other company out of business so no one has any extra money. Ahhh the beautiful downward spiral of late capitalism! This is why I'm running as far away from product & retail as I can get.

Wisconites aren't near as bad of drivers as Indiana or homicidal like Chicago drivers. You get over the border there and it turns into fiery hell!

That's easy to do unless your only option is big box retail stores.

Perhaps politicians should stop raising taxes on everything except corporations so the little guy can survive. Between welfare for the poor and welfare for the rich the middle class is getting squeezed dry and needs to resort to saving money where they can.
