I dont think Dana 35 spool exist actually... 44's is about where they start...

if he wants to put a spool in his 35 and make it explode then let him go for it. but might as well weld it so he saves some money on the time bomb

Your gonna hear that distinct D35 "SNAP!" sound if you spool it.

I would suggest doing a Ford 8.8 swap.

I haven't found spools for the 35 or the 8.25. Kinda hard to run a spool with c-clip axles.

Why spool it? I'm not a fan of spools in general, and certainly not in such a crappy axle as a D35. That would not end well. Just toss a lunchlox locker in it, or better yet, dump the thing completely.
