So there's the desperate solution to your desperate situation. Working on Jeeps gets you thinking like that

photo 1... Drive shaft is partly coated in undercoat. Not good for balancing. dont do that!

Photos 6 Track bar right side mount (left in photo) appears to be out of wack as if the mounting hole is elongated to to wear. as bolt head does not appear to be centered over trackbar bushing. This NEEDS to be fixed. I fixed mine, much nicer now. That bolt must be incredibly tight to prevent ovaled hole. re check tightness often. You can go oversized once with that ovaled hole. after that is is more involved to repair.

Yeah it had me thinking some type of way, that's for sure. now that I've cooled down a bit I'm gonna stop at Napa on the way home and pick up a few more things to try. Haha. I'm still early in my jeep wrenching lifespan and have yet to face a bolt that really won't come loose so this is a good excuse to learn something new. It certainly wont be the last one. Gonna give it hell later.

Good to know, the track bar mount was mentioned another time as well so ill take a closer look once the control arms are behind me. Maybe knock it all out at once and only pony up for 1 alignment.

You think its going bad now just wait till the shop call to tell you its done and the bill is 2 grand then the upper arm falls off on your way home or possibly a wheel just comes off .
or its 1000 bill and they cand even do it bug theyv hacked it all up with a torch

I just recently learned these exist. You hammer on the bolt nut with air hammer at same as your putting force on it to break bolt loose. No idea if this will work for your application.

Since your bolts rounded you might be able to beat a smaller size 12 point socket on it or maybe metric

Something will work

sometimes all it takes it a cool then all the sudden its easy.

Ive got no clue what kinda space restrictions are on that upper arm bolt. If its to cramped and rigs insured it might be easiest to heat with a torch then if it accidentally catches fire its notba huje loss
