Default What to do about t-case to get lower

Ok so if you had a little bit of extra cash what would you do to get your t-case a little lower? Would you A - Buy the tera 4-1 kit and say thats good. B - Fork the money out and buy a Atlas, C - some other option? D - Eat bacon all day long. Also at the same time drop a bigger chain in the T-case and what else to make it stronger. What would you guys do to beef up your case??

I have a Auto and hate not having the low gearing that my brother has in is manual TJ, he also has 5.13 gears, but even before that. What would you guys do??

What gears do you have in your axle?

Personally, I wouldn't touch the case until it's geared as low as it'll go.

I run 35's on 4.56 gears and have never felt the urge to complain about lack of gearing when in 4-low.

Something isn't right.

His TJ probably has the same transfer case gearing as your XJ.

Need more info on what YOU have and what kind of wheeling to make any valid recommendation.

I've got 4.56 gears and a auto with arb's and do a lot of rocks and steep inclines. His TJ has 5.13 gears with a manual. I saw somewhere back a company makes a shifted kit so you can lock the tranny into1st. It has a little shift box and looked really night. But now I can't find it.

I've got 44 in the rear and a 30 in the front. So I'm as low as I can go without swapping in a front 44

Search for the shift mods. Just a matter of adding a couple toggles and relays.

If you got the cash go Atlas otherwise 4low kit should do fine. I assume you aready have a NON HacknTap SYE.

I'm pretty sure there Yukon gears. And I'm running 35 km2 on steel wheels. I'll have to search for it. I don't just wana do a hatch wire job. There was one that had a little shifter box with it already. And it just plugged into under the dash.

And I have a full AA sye kit with the new shaft to.
