Want to upgrade my rears on my 2000 xj right now I have a 4.5 short arm kit with 33/12.5/15 was thinking Dana 60s what’s best donor to get them from

 

I guess you could use the Dana 60, but as far as a rear end, I know that you can swap an 8.8 out of a Ford Ranger (I think). If you get a rear out of certain FX4 Rangers they come with 31 spline axles and a Torsen L/S (Truetrac equivelent) from the factory. It would certainly be pretty stout without much work.

As far as a front diff, I am not sure. Others will chime in.

You mean axles right ?? they come in front and rear variety.....

 

well 60's are way overkill for 33's

 

Stock is just fine for a street jeep with 33s

Old school people (I generally see it with muscle cars) still call all axles "rears" or "rear ends." It's confusing...but it is what it is.
