Soo I have this thing. Looks like an instrument panel but there is nothing. No lights, no buttons, no cupholder, nothing. What is it? If its nothing.nothing, I'm thinking of putting it a gps mount or a push start ignition. Any thoughts?

That is where the indash digital clock is on xjs with that option. If your don't have the clock use that space for whatever you wish.

The stock clock takes up the whole inside of that panel with electronics....

Oops if you mean the stockblack square down lower that's where the power comfort switch goes on older xjs

I just got a Barnes and noble nook color, its rooted and running CM7, I like to hack and modify my toys so it was a better fit for me, it sucks only having wifi but eventually I will buy a Verizon Mifi hotspot so I can take it on the go reliably and not depend on there being an open network.

Plus I like gingerbread better then honeycomb so far.
