Rustys weld on trac bar mount
i have a 96 xj and the trac bar mount has gotten ovaled out, multiple times.
didnt notice this before i bought it but he had drilled new holes twice
and it kept ovaling out. as opposed to welding in some heavy duty washers..
now i feel like its best to either make my own trackbar mount and weld it on or buy this one from rustys.
the one from rustys says its made for tjs and zjs. it doesnt mention xjs..
i havnt messed around enough under a tj or zj to know what the track bar mount looks like.
but this mount looks like itll work for my xj.
does anyone disagree?
any opinions are apprieciated.

it should work, all TJs, XJs, and ZJs, pretty much have the same suspension setup up front

^x2 XJs, TJs, and ZJs have the same hardware up front aside for something being beefier or not.

That's a rear T/B mount, not a front.Originally Posted by 96rokee

I'm thinking of getting one of these track bar mounts made up (I'm in UK with a RHD XJ so rustys one wont fit) Where do you mount the steering damper, as you appear to have to cut the old mount off?
