Waterproofing distributor?

Wondering what people out there have done to water proof their distributors?

rtv around the lip of the cap, pop out the breather and fill in that hole with a sealant, die electric grease every plug and wire and you should be good to go. also car wrap a rubber glove around it

don't seal the breather. Just put a rubber tube on it and run the other end to the back of the firewall. There is a purpose for the breather
