I do.
Build the pack using jeep leafs and dakota/s10 not just the main leaf of the XJ pack. It sucks riding in mine, to stiff.

Re coils 3.5s I netted around 4 inchs till they settled
S10 entire spring pack except for the over load leaf.
The pack is tough but it dooes feel like its starting to loosen up.

I work at a Toyota shop so I used older Tacoma leafs in mine. Just one leaf from the Tacoma leafs and added to my leaf packs. My leaf packs where in decent shape. No sag. I did net 1.5 inches of lift from the Tacoma leaf alone. A little stiff but they are great. I haul tools around....included a small air compressor, jack, jack stands, and tools. Leafs handle all the wait perfectly find. I have extra pairs if interested.

I used V8 GC front coil springs with a 2" spacer and it gave me 3.5" total. In the rear I used the XJ main leaf, the second leaf from the front of a V8 Scout, the second and third XJ springs, the third spring and overload spring from the Scout. I gained 3.25" and it rides like stock but doesn't drop if I load up the back end. I have been lucky enough to find a few Scouts on various trips to the JY. Mine have been in for just shy of a year and havn't settled since the first few weeks (initially dropped 1/2" in rear). I used 2011 Wrangler Rubicon shocks all around which came from CL for $20 with less than 2000 miles on them.

I used Durango springs from an 03 I found at a wrecking yard and it netted me 3"exactly... I used the bottom 4 from the Durango and just the main lead from my jeep... rides really rough but it's not a dd so I don't really care
I haven't had a chance to take it on a trail yet so I can't attest to that

I used Dakota leafs in mine - xj main, dakota main (cut), dakota 3rd, xj 4th. Netted ~3". I used full length plastic liners between the leafs and graphite paint. Mine ride great - very flexy and soft.

For now its my DD with mild to moderate off-road use. I still want it to be able to ride on the road as my wife may drive it some but I also want it to perform on the trail as well. I am a firefighter/ emt so everything is on a budget.

Yep,,,
I run one,,
I used the FULL pack from a 99 S10 pickup.
MINUS the thick "overload" leaf.
I "stacked" my pack
Every other leaf starting with the original Jeep leaf.
By the way,, I am at 6.5 inches or so.
Its a bit stiff but I netted almost 5" from it.
Dang,, its a lifted Jeep,,, not a car. It will be a bit stiff.
On the trail,, it's great,, flexes well and keeps the tires where they are supposed to be,
