I was looking at the Rusty's brackets & hooks too - until I realized I already had brackets/mounts hiding on there behind the airdam. Then I just needed the hooks so I searched around online and found 2 Pro Comp hooks with a good strength rating for 10 bucks total at 4wheelparts and I was already ordering something else from them so that worked out nicely. I live in the mountains so I haven't checked around at off-road/automotive parts stores for pricing/availability.

Take a look on JeepForum.com. I was able to get a pair of 'em for $35 shipped from a part out.

check junkyards. About $10 here. Weld a piece of 3/16 steel to the back of the stock bracket, drill a couples holes, you have the same thing.
