Nice truss and mounts... who made them?
Last question... why didnt you truss the whole axle, and why didnt you tie it into the diff cover, or weld it to the center section?

I think its the rubicon express truss and upper mounts. Nice setup so far. Ive done this swap and have info and pics in my build thread. I am very happy I did this swap.
Also there are Very cheap wasy to convert the rear to disk if your interested in doing so. (I learned of them after I was done )
Don't forget to torque the ball joint sleeve and nuts properly, people liek to skip it and go threw ball joints.
I just started fresh int eh rear, but some people say the factory mounts bolt up.

JUST READ THREAD AGIAN, thought you where doing the rear too. sorry.
lets keep this ontopic for OP... But here are some links for you and OP if he is interested... you can use the chevy/jeep front calipers and even trim and weld on the front brackets and use the same fornt rotors/calipers. or use a rodeo rear rotor/caliper/e-brake system, or cadelac rear disk calipers and make/buy brackets. some of these don't have an E-brake, some do. you can also use a line lock to hydrolicly hold the brake if needed. but that wont pass safety inspectin (if you care)

and if you want to buy a bolt on kit (without calipers/rotors)

They are rubicon express truss and mounts ! Bought them with the axle for 100 bucks ! Reason I didn't wield to the case was there wasn't enough metal in the brackets ! And now I have all the room in the world ! Was gonna go with the TnT brackets but they want like 800 bucks for the whole kit ! To much for me when I have the RE brackets already. I am also doing a rear swap to ! Mounts are on and just waiting for some 4.27 gears since it is my daily driver ! Will take pics

SO are were you asking about a front truss.. or rear perches.
I did U bolt eliminators on the rear.... Makes for a cleaner bottom of the axle. also easier to put together.
for the front I used TNT truss with RK 3 link mount.
On my d60 I am thinking of copying artec industries front 60 truss/hydro mount system

I don't think he narrowed it, I think he just removed 2" of the cast part of the housing , for the mounting space.
I did not turn the knuckles, I don't have any issues or symptoms of any kind. However i do wheel with someone who has had U-joint binding when the drivers side is fully dropped out. I would recommend doing it if your up to the task, to limit the chances of this happening.
