Just a little information from a Viper dealer and former employee of Viper. Most Viper dealers are not going to want to install one that you didn't buy from them because dealers are not allowed to sell Viper online. I don't know where you got it, maybe someone gave it to you but where the dealer is coming from, they assume that you bought it online from a dealer that does not follow the rules and are taking money out of thier pocket.
There is no warranty for Viper product purchased online.
Installation manuals do not come with then (because they are supposed to be installed by an authorized dealer) It has to be downloaded from a dealer login site.
I would not worry about the warantee too much because if it is installed properly, Viper rarely breaks. You should also be able to find someone to install it, the economy sucks and everyone needs the work so there is bound to be someone out there that will do it.
To answer some of your questions:
Remote start/Turbo Timer input does not get used
Tach wire goes to one of the (-) coil wires. (+) side will show 12 volts with key on.
Parking light output goes to (+) parking light wire
