Vibration after 4.5" Lift with transfer case drop
I am going to continue to pay close attention to this, as I just started to install the same lift... The kit I bought was the Rough Country X-Flex one with adjustable upper and lower control arms. The instructions tell you how long to set them before you install them... my guess is that is just getting them "close"

I just bought a used set of rustys adjustable arms. Hope this cures my issu!e

Sorry to revive an old thread, but did you end up finding an ideal caster for your setup? Im going through the same issue with mine on 4" of lift, adjustable uppers and lowers. Shop set caster at 8.4* and I'm not sure how much I should go down on that without reintroducing the MASSIVE DW problems I was having a while back.
