I'm wondering if it would hurt my 4.0 to install a catch can and route both breather hoses with no check valve to a catch can and then out the catch can to my new afe power intake.

My catch can is in between the rear ccv orifice and manifold vacuum. The front valve cover breather is open with a small filter on it. I empty maybe a tbsp out of the can every oil change. I can't prove that it helps but oil vapor in the intake charge promotes detonation and that is important to me.
