Vacuum question
I've always meant to ask this - what is the story about Dana 30 with and without vacuum? Why is vacuum needed i the axle?
I am looking at lockers and some of them, like Auburn, are made specifically for diffs with no vacuum.
How do I know if I have a D30 with vacuum (98XJ Limited)? Is it visible on the axles?
