upper control arm length
I just installed a 4.5 inch lift and I bought rock krawler adjustable upper control arms and I was wondering if there was starting length for installing the control arms

Take 1 of the UCAs out, put one of the new ones in. Take the other UCA out, put the other new one in. One by one. Hard to say exactly how long it should be. Yours might be a little heavier, causing it to sit a quarter inch lower than the next guy with the same lift, thus needing the arm shorter by a turn.

Mine are at 18" , but I also stretched my wheelbase when I installed my Upper and Lower Adjustable arms. So when my tire is fully stuffed it is centered in the wheel well.
