bumpers ain't worth it if they're ugly. especially when they're ugly because they're just too big and square. How hard is it to cut some metal to fit the lines of a vehicle?

What do you currently have on there? What are your plans? Making it crawl over rocks is a broad goal
Well it is my daily just around though. So I want it to be solid rig coming off the street, not worried about what's cool. The reason for the stiffeners and the track bar support I'm concidering. I'm looking at the track bar lot from rustys because their design seems more solid than the traditional pivot point on the track bar. Basically I don't want to worry about the xj. Drive it to work then on the way home or on the weekend hit the rocks. I'm not into crazy tear you rig up stuff I like the more driver aspect by putting the jeep in the best spot to make it over. I have ran into some who just slam it and turn the wheels. That's no fun.

Your right buddy, if it was easy everyone even him would be doing it. If very many are going to be made it takes jigs or better and lots of other equipment $$$$$ none come cheap. Well after seeing how some are put together I do see how they sell them cheap and a lot of them.

One thing on my race cars that I didn't build were the Roll Cages that is an art in itself plus it has to pass NHRA inspection before you even test the car, they use x-rays to test the welds.

Many items I have bought and have looked at for Jeeps are not well built and some use to lightweight materials for whatever it is. It's a real shame that these items are even offered.
