I've been looking at the JCR stage 3 sliders and I know they bolt both to the unionist frame as well as through the pinch seam along the bottom at various places... apparently the po used these to Jack the jeep up on both sides at some point so they're bent under at a few spots, and tips or tricks to flattening these back out?

 

Big screwdriver, vise grips, big hammer, etc. I just put the same sliders on and had previously smashed my rocker and pinch seam. Just pounded it back in place and attached sliders. No problem.
