In this one I'm pointing at the passenger floor board at the location I visible see the floor pop when I hear it that connector I'm pointing at literally bounces with each pop... And it's almost always 2 at a time (out and back in?)

Last one this is the drivers roof from inside. This area was crushed in by the roof rack (along with the passengers rear that's no longer there) we pushed it out so the outside is now straight...you can see though the inside is jacked up! If anyone needs any other pics to give me advice lmk...also if someone could tell me how to post one reply with multiple pics, and the descriptions under them that would be great!!!!!

The popping sound could be a wore out bushing in that lower control arm or the mount for it is cracked or starting to crack.
