trying to take my doors off!
So I have been trying to figure out a way to get my doors
off I can't un bolt them cause my socket won't fit in there I can't cut them bc my grinder or my cut off wheel won't fit in there So I'm at a loss but I want them off very soon I just can't get em off! So any tricks yall might have let me know please!

I used a dremel with cut off wheels it barely made the cuts necessary. I think if you have the remote head it would be a lot easier.
I bet you could use a sazall too if you had the right blades.

ya i couldnt get my dremal to work then i tried a sawzal and that almost worked but the blades kept jumping out and fawking them up so i might go and get a cheapy air saw maybe thatll work

I used a 90* air powered die grinder with a cut off wheel attached....took me about 10 minutes per side. If you unhook the checkstrap I think you can get the door to swing open a little further. I also had a bolt or two on mine that a grabed with visegrips and broke loose.

with a 3" wheel on it??? i think i had already tried it but i will try again this has been a spontaneous project for a couple months i just keep trying it when i get bored

well i am probably not going to do that but just i side note are all these ways you guys are saying worked for you, was you door still on or did you take it off cause i want to keep mine on when i am cutting it so i dont have to realign the gaps very much if an

well ya this thing is still kicking my *** i even tried to just unbolt them and then cut the hinges but i cant get a rachet in there its really pissin me off i want these freaking doors offffff!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly what I used to cut my hinge pins while still attached to the Jeep:
The cheap dremel tool, and a cheap accessory kit was maybe $25-30 total. The kit comes with small cut-off wheels (the size of a quarter or a little bigger). It takes a few cut-off wheels total to cut all the pins, but it's the easiest (and cleanest) way it seems. I couldn't get most of my Torx bolts out while still on the Jeep.
