True tire size.

Does anyone have a true measurement on a 35x12.50x15 cooper discoverer stt?

34.75" according to their site. Wheel width will play a role in that as well.

Yeah I saw that. I was really looking for someone that had those tires and has taken an tape measure to them. The numbers on the manufactures website are not always true.

Someone on JF said theirs (17" version) measured 34" exactly @ 30psi on 17x7.5 wide Moabs.

Not sure how much that helps you out but it's something.
