Trasfer case drop problem
neither do I, but somethings got to be amiss, as I have never heard of this before
Is something unusual in your setup ?
articulate on something, crawl under and observe
Do you have extended bumpstops to compensate for the 4" lift ?
Inspect your engine mounts
are you sure its not hitting the x-member ?..this IS a common problem

I dropped my transfer case with no issues (3.25" lift) - Please post an image of your problem to assist us understanding your problem. With a 4" lift, you probably need to change the nose on the transfer case (SYE) and get a new drive shaft.
