Having electrical issues
Need help finding out what I have going on I have a 97 xj and have just about completed a 350 swap but have gotten everything working except the blinkers brakes and hazards I have checked #7 fuse and it has no power if I supply power to it it just turns on the front blinkers full time not running lights aswell as the brake lights no rear blinkers though and still doesn’t allow the flash to function any Ideas ?

Which fuse box are you referring to? Neither of them are for blinkers - so that might be your problem but, first I'd find out why that fuse has no power & fix that. After that, I'd investigate the front lamps as there's where the blinkers & running lights are closest, sharing sockets.

Hmmm, when I checked my fuse diagram, which I thought covered '97, #7 is:-
"Left Tail Lamp, Left Front Park Lamp, Left Side Marker Lamp, Trailer Tow Connector, License Lamp, Front Fog Lamp Relay No.1 ('98-'01), Front Fog Lamp Switch, Fog Lamp Relay" - &I can't find a fuse for the blinkers..
I still think you're starting point is to restore power to that fuse, i.e. from its original source.
