transmisson problem

transmisson problem
I have a 1987 jeep Cherokee 4.0 and i changed my transfercase and know my transmission wont shift didn't really even mess with the transmisson when i put the transfer case in. But i did lose all my fluid put fluid back in it and tried it amd it wont shift out of low its not relly slipping.any ideas.
