so a few weeks ago i got rid of my t case drop with a Iro hnt, now it is nearly impossible to shift into 4lo. i'm pretty sure this is a fairly common problem. how do i fix this?

Get underneath and adjust the linkage. Guessing it was adjusted for the drop.

Spray the bolt with penatrating oil before tyring to loosen it.

I didn't adjust it for the drop, but i figure, it may have been bent just slightly, so how do i adjust it

There is a bolt on a sliding nut for lack of a better word, on the shift rail. Put it manually in 4Low and adjust the bolt and nut accordingly. It'll take a couple of trys.
