Unless it settles quite a bit, your looking at an sye not a t case drop, adjustable control arms, brake lines, plus what items you stated. If I were you I would call them and tell them what's going on. You got twice the lift you paid for but now you need to spend alot more to get it to run correctly.

Is it possible I put the leaf springs in backwards? They have a wedge at the bottom and I put em in in with the shorter end towards the front. Isn't that way they go so it tilts the axle up slightly to keep the right pinion angle, I know that's how lift blocks go in.

Show us your shackle in the rear. You might have a longer shackle installed increasing your lift (assuming this lift was meant for a stock shackle) or did the lift come with a new shackle? Do you have shackle relocators maybe?

I replaced the shackles with factory size ones. Also the rear is actually 23" that picture was taken with Jack stands under the body.

Yikes man you got a ton of lift. Those shocks are maxed out. Never ran into someone running trail master so don't know much about them. But that is crazy. That is a 6 inch in the rear! Call them up and show them pictures man. They might have sent the wrong coils and leafs

After a few phone calls they finally decided to send me longer shocks. They are skyjacker hydros for a 4-5" lift.
