I've bin fighting a small bump steer problem on my 2001 XJ ever since I got it , it looks like some one before me put on a small drop pitman arm on . The track bar mount is stock , I think that's my problem I have a 4.5 inch lift . I have a good track bar now that uses the stock frame bracket . my question is does any body make a drop bracket that will work with a stock track bar mounting or should I put a stock pitman arm back on my steering box . I would rather put a drop track bar mount . Thank you for any help you can give me .

 

I've only seen the brackets sold with the track bars.

 

I've seen track bar mounts sold by themselves . I hate to have to buy a new track bar with a track bar .

 

Definitely put the stock pitman arm back on.

 

I guess I will try to find a stock pitman arm . I check auto part stores and the only one I can find is a drop pitman arm , can't find a new stock one . If I need to get a used one what years can I get it from ?
