I have an 89 4dr xj, and just finished lifting it with 3'' coils, and 2'' spacers, and a 3'' aal and f150 shackles. sitting at 5'' all around, no t case drop or sye, and no driveline vibes, due to the fact that I swapped in a 8.25 at the same time.

It still drives as smooth as it did stock, and I was wondering about the trackbar. I always thought above 4'' either aftermarket or redrilling the bracket. I have done neither, and my xj does not weave at all, other then a slight pull to the right, due to the fact that it has not been aligned since the lift. Why arent I weaving back and forth like a drunk? I am also still running stock lcas.

Bet bumps are fun at mid to high speeds. The reason for track bar mods is to center the front axle. At 5" your front axle is off by close to 2" or possibly more. It'll be shifted to the driver side and cause rubbing issues on the passenger side.

Count yourself as lucky to not have vibes at 5"! As for the track bar, just redrill the hole to center the axle and you're good.

As for the stock lcas if they work don't mess with changing them! I have stock lcas on my mj with 4.5 and it rides great and I don't wheel it so I won't waste the money to get new ones
